There are more than 1,600 registered voters in Johnsburg. But in 2023, only 885 showed up to cast their vote in the Town election. The difference between winning and losing an election in Johnsburg is often less than 100 votes.
Voting is both a constitutional right and civic duty. We encourage all registered voters to learn about their local and state candidates so that you can make informed choices on Election Day.
Our Steering Committee routinely sends out summary information via email, and also on social media, highlighting the key issues affecting our Town.
